Galangal blended 40 grWater 1,2 kg

Chicken Powder 10 gr

Sugar 5 gr

Coconut milk 100 gr

Kencur / Kaempferia Galangal/ Aromatic Ginger (Blended) 50 g


Method of Cooking :


• Sauteed bumbu putih and other ingredients

• Add water and Coconut milk, bring to simmered

• Add the smoked Skate wing fish
