Ingredients:


Fresh milk 1285 gr

Fresh cream 85 gr

Stabiliser 70gr

Sugar caster 150 gr

Chocolate sauce base using Dark Chocolate 68% Berau

Method:


1. Fresh milk, fresh cream, sugar and stabiliser dipasturised atau di campur biasa smpe rata.

2. Choc sauce: campur semua bahan lalu dimasak smpe matang.
