Crispy Nasi Goreng Roll
5pcs of egg
Dashi stock 45g
Soy sauce 6g
Pinch of salt
Dashi stock 200ml
Soy sauce 50ml
Sushi rice 300g
Sukiyaki sauce 30ml
Foie Gras Pure
Foie gras 100g
Soy milk 40g
Method for Foie Gras Pure
1. Cook Foie gras in steamer for 20 minutes.
2. After it cooked, strain the Foie gras to make it into pure.
3. Pour the soy milk into the Foie gras pure gradually.
4. Add salt and pepper then mix well.
Method fo Sushi Goreng with Foie Gras
1. Make sushi roll with nasi goreng and dashimaki tamago.
2. Deep fried sushi roll and serve with foie gras pure while its warm.
3. Then enjoy it.
